Submitting a quote request or contact form through the Site is not a binding agreement, purchase order, or contract for services. Any pricing, estimates, or project details discussed as a result of your submission are preliminary and subject to confirmation, including an in-person or on-site assessment. A binding agreement for services is only formed when both parties sign a separate, written services agreement or contract.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or data
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to submit forms or extract data from the Site

• Use the Site to transmit any harmful code or malicious content

4. Contractor Accounts

If you identify as a returning contractor when submitting a quote request, you represent that any account number or business information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use that contractor account. We reserve the right to verify contractor account information and to decline association with an account if it cannot be verified.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting your name, phone number, or email address through the Site, you consent to be contacted by Window Fitters by phone, text message, or email regarding your quote request or inquiry, including for purposes of scheduling, follow-up, and providing your requested estimate. Message and data rates may apply to text communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 11 below; however, opting out of marketing communications does not exempt you from service-related communications necessary to fulfill a request you have submitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and page layouts, is the property of Window Fitters or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services
